Finished with ceviche served with our 5 grain medley and seasonal vegetables

Herb-Roasted Beef Tenderloin*
Prepared medium rare – medium, well done upon request
Topped with a harissa demi glace served with a baked potato and seasonal vegetables

Teriyaki Yakisoba (Vegetarian)
Yakisoba noodles tossed with Beyond Sausage, vegetables and teriyaki sauce

Children’s Chicken Tenders -or- Buttered Pasta
Served with steamed vegetables and potatoes

Chocolate Cake: Contains velvety chocolate mousse between layers, a chocolate cookie crust, chocolate ganache and chocolate chips.

Lemon Berry Vanilla Cake: This crumb cake contains a lemon berry cream mascarpone filling and real blueberries and cranberries.

Toffee Caramel Pudding Cake: Gooey warm caramel drizzled on a lightly spiced sponge cake with minced dates and a layer of whipped cream.
