Hailing from upstate New York, Dan served in the U.S. Navy, received his Bachelor’s from Centre College in Kentucky and his MBA from the University of Virginia. Dan is a past President of the Central Eastside Industrial Council and serves on the boards of several other non-profit organizations.
Dennis Corwin

A native Oregonian, Dennis has been with the Portland Spirit since the very beginning in 1994. Dennis studied business and music performance at Portland State University. He has been in the restaurant/hospitality industry for more than 35 years. He has also performed in more than 50 theatrical productions around the region with companies such as Portland Opera, Broadway Rose Theatre Company, Lakewood Center for the Arts and Portland Civic Theatre.

Mindy hails from Iowa and has worked in the restaurant industry for many years. Since joining the Portland Spirit team more than 25 years ago, she has held nearly every role before being promoted to General Manager, where she oversees all departments and operations. Mindy is passionate about helping people reach their goals.
Jeff Caldwell

Jeff has held a variety of roles with the Portland Spirit since 2001, including leading operations in the Columbia River Gorge and managing key capital projects for the company. As Director of Service, he now oversees all onboard customer service, ensuring a high-quality guest experience across the fleet. Originally from southwest Washington, Jeff is an avid snowboarder.

Armin has been with the Portland Spirit since the late 1990s, beginning as a part-time dishwasher and working his way through the ranks to Executive Chef of all facilities.
Todd Bolger
Operations Manager

Todd serves as our lead captain in Portland and oversees the operations and maintenance of our vessels, warehouse, office and dock. Todd has been at the Portland Spirit since nearly the beginning, starting in 1996.
Kim Hall

Oregon born and raised, Kim graduated in Eastern Oregon University with a degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. She joined the team in 2021 and when she is not crunching numbers, she enjoys spending time with her children, dachshunds and coaching volleyball.
Mandy Morgan

Over the past 20 years, Mandy has worked with some of Oregon’s top attractions, including the Portland Rose Festival, Portland Center Stage at the Armory and Willamette Valley Vineyards. She is a passionate advocate for Oregon tourism and enjoys spending time with her dogs, Barley and Abby, and her three dog-loving cats, Sophie, Apollo and Pax.
