General Driving Directions to Caruthers Landing
and the Portland Spirit Sales Office

From Salem and points South, traveling North

1. Head North on I-5
2. As you go across the Marquam Bridge get into the far right lane
3. Follow the right hand split that heads toward I-84; you will not get on I-84
4. Take Exit 300 (OMSI/Central East side Industrial District exit)
5. Turn right on Water Avenue and head South past OMSI to the stop sign (at the detour), turn left
6. At the next stop sign turn Right onto Caruthers Street
7. At the next stop sign turn left into the Portland Spirit parking lot
8. Caruthers Landing is located at 110 SE Caruthers Street

From Vancouver and points North, traveling South

1. Head South on I-5
2. Take Exit 300B (Central East side Industrial District)
3. Move to the center lane
4. Follow OMSI signs
5. Turn right on 7th Avenue
6. Go two blocks; turn right onto Taylor Street
7. Follow Taylor Street to Water Avenue
8. Turn left on Water Avenue and head South past OMSI to the stop sign (at the detour), turn left
9. At the next stop sign turn right onto Caruthers Street
10. At the next stop sign turn left into the Portland Spirit parking lot
11. Caruthers Landing is located at 110 SE Caruthers Street

From the East Side

1. Head West on I-84
2. Follow Salem (I-5 South)
3. Take the right lane to City Center/OMSI exit
4. Take the left lane fork and follow the OMSI signs to Water Avenue
5. Head South on Water Avenue, going past OMSI to the stop sign (at the detour) , turn left
6. At the next stop sign turn right onto Caruthers Street
7. At the next stop sign turn left into the Portland Spirit parking lot
8. Caruthers Landing is located at 110 SE Caruthers Street

From OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry)

1. Head South on Water Avenue to the stop sign, turn left (at the detour)
2. At the next stop sign turn right onto Caruthers Street
3. At the next stop sign turn left into the Portland Spirit parking lot
4. Caruthers Landing is located at 110 SE Caruthers Street

From McLoughlin and points South, traveling North

1. McLoughlin turns into Grand Blvd.
2. Turn left onto Clay Street
3. Turn left onto Water Avenue
4. Head South on Water Avenue, going past OMSI to the stop sign (at the detour) , turn left
5. At the next stop sign turn right onto Caruthers Street
6. At the next stop sign turn left into the Portland Spirit parking lot
7. Caruthers Landing is located at 110 SE Caruthers Street
