Cruise and Reservation Policies
Once made, reservations are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Portland Spirit vessels may conduct positive identification checks of passengers boarding the vessels. Only those forms of identification that include a photograph (such as a driver’s license or passport) may be accepted. Passengers under the age of 18 need not provide photo I.D. when accompanied by an adult passenger.
All carry-on and checked packages may be screened. Portland Spirit vessel passengers may be photographed during the boarding process. You are under no obligation to purchase for the photograph.
The Portland Spirit company reserves the right to inspect all persons, packages, and carry-ons at any time. Seating for meal cruises is predetermined, and we are typically not able to accept seating requests. Gratuities are not included with cruise cost, except for parties of eight or more who will prepay a 17% gratuity fee at time of reservation or on cruises where gratuity is explicitly pre-paid. Advance reservations require prepayment and reservations are subject to cruise availability.
Rates, discounts, menus, schedules, and cruise routes are subject to change at any time. Discounts and coupons are not valid for all cruises, including but not limited to Holiday cruises and dinner cruises in the month of December. A discount or coupon may not be used in tandem with other discounts and/or coupons. The Portland Spirit Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at all company locations. The Portland Spirit vessel is handicap-accessible; special services are available including assistance for the physically challenged. Should any special assistance or consideration be required, please inform us when making your reservation. Portland Spirit is not responsible for typographical errors. All typographical errors are subject to correction.
